RETURNS
Regularly priced merchandise can be returned for exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase.
Sale items are final sale.
If your item is OUT OF STOCK you will receive a full refund.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Regular Priced Merchandise
Regularly priced merchandise can be returned for exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase.
You must have the receipt with you. Clothing and footwear must be returned in new condition. Tags must be attached and items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odours.
Sale Items
All items purchased as a sale item (including items purchased during a sale event, or items discounted with an online promotional code) are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.
Store Credit
With a store credit, you can redeem in store or will be sent an email containing a gift card code once your return has been processed. This gift card will be equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable).
Gift card funds are immediately available once your return is processed. These gift cards cannot be refilled and will only expire once the funds have been depleted.
The gift card will be sent to the email on your order.
